Summary (from Goodreads):
Brynn LeBreck has dedicated herself to helping women in crisis, but she never imagined how personal her work would get, or where it would take her. Her younger sister is missing, suspected to be hiding from cops and criminals alike at a highly secretive BDSM retreat-a place where the elite escape to play out their most extreme sexual fantasies. To find her, Brynn must go undercover as a sexual submissive. Unfortunately, The Ranch is invitation only. And the one master who can get her in is from the darkest corner of Brynn's past.

Brynn knows what attorney Reid Jamison is like once stripped of his conservative suit and tie. Years ago she left herself vulnerable only to have him crush her heart. Now she needs him again. Back on top. And he's all too willing to engage. But as their primal desires and old wounds are exposed, the sexual games escalate-and so does the danger. Their hearts aren't the only things at risk. Someone else is watching, playing by his own rules. And his game could be murder.

Review:
First off I need to thank Erica at the Book Cellar for turning me onto this series. When we got to chatting on twitter one night, I had no idea that she shared a lot of the same bookish tastes as me and when I gave this series a go on her recommendation I never expected to fall as head over heels in love as I did. Thanks, Erica!

I am a fan of BDSM books, but only a very specific kind. These books are much more miss than hit for me, so I am so excited to find a new series and author to love. Roni Loren is phenomenal and it’s hard to believe this is one of her first books because she writes likes a seasoned pro.

CRASH INTO YOU is the jumping off point of the Loving On the Edge series. Book 1 in a series is often a tough sell for me because you have to introduce a lot of secondary characters and endear them to the reader (since they’ll likely be getting their own story and you want people to read those, too), but you also have to balance your main couple and their story at the forefront.

Brynn and Reid are an amazing dynamic couple with a lot of backstory and a lot of chemistry. I loved that they had a history because it enhanced the nature of their relationship (not just the BDSM angle). I love Brynn’s drive to find her sister and Reid’s protective nature.

This book is romance gold and is a fantastic start to a promising new series by Roni Loren.
